Advantage MEM media are widely used in mammalian cell cultures with 50-90% less serum than traditional DMEM and no change in cell growth rate or morphology. No cell acclimatization culture is required and cells such as PK-15, MDCK, Vero, WI-38 and Hep-2 can be cultured directly with this product. This product is intended for research and production of tissue and cell cultures in vitro and is not intended for clinical use.
