This product is a "complete medium" containing all the nutrients required for cell growth and growth factors for cell proliferation. The addition of fetal bovine serum is optimized for most cell types in the appropriate medium. To prevent common cellular contamination, this product also contains an appropriate amount of antibiotics. This product is ready-to-use and does not require the addition of growth factors, serum and other ingredients for most immortalized tumor cells.
