重组人IL-15

Description: IL-15 is a cytokine with a variety of biological functions, including stimulating and maintaining immune responses in T, B, and NK cells. IL-15 can be expressed by various cells and tissues, with the highest expression found in adherent peripheral blood mononuclear cells, fibroblasts, and epithelial cells. IL-15 lacks homology to IL-2 but shares many similar biological functions. Both the β and γ chains of the IL-2 receptor can bind to IL-15, initiating signal transduction. This product is derived from a prokaryotic expression system (E. coli) containing the gene for human IL-15, which is fermented, isolated, highly purified, and then lyophilized. It consists of a polypeptide chain with 114 amino acid residues and has a molecular weight of 12.8 kDa.
